It doesn't hurt!

I turned 30 today! It was fine :)

Busy day again. Dad phoned this morning and asked where I was. "In homebase buying more bark for the garden" I replied. What a way to spend my birthday morning. Out to meet Cat and Di for lunch and then away home for a cup of tea, which we ended up having at 5, as Martin went out to finish the garden off. It is now lined and barked with all the 12 bags of bark we have bought so far, and looks good. At least it looks presentable for people coming round on Saturday/Sunday.

Showered after our cup of tea and got ready to go out for a lovely meal to eat on the green. It was delicious and some canapes, 3 courses and a plate of homemade sweet treats later, we came home to let granny and granda away home to their beds. Euan apparently ate most of his grandas sweetcorn off his plate before getting ready for bed. That was after 2 bowls of tattie soup and half a tuna sandwich for his own tea! Away to bed now, won't be 30 tomorrow, will be 30 + 1 day!
