Tulip

I haven't been posting since Monday when my cat Heathcliff was diagnosed with a tumor in his digestive system. I took quite a few pics this week, but somehow I couldn't focus on choosing, editing and posting them. But this full- blown flaming red tulip somehow appealed to me; it seems to reflect my feelings much better than the kids I blipped earlier today. I guess there are going to be some backblips.

Heathcliff is doing quite fine still, there is no sign of pain. He feeds, drinks, washes and is following the sunshine around for the warmest spot in the flat. Poor dear.
