Lazy day...

Actually, I have not been idle!
I've ironed Mary's clothes, done the washing (hung it and and got it back in again after it started to rain), walked the dog, done the hoovering, and 2 lots of practise, and cleaned out the garden shed. All before lunch!
So I'm a little bit tired now, but wanna try a recipe for sweet potato muffins I found in a running mag at the physio's yesterday.
I love sweet potatoes and I like muffins, what's the worst that could happen?
