Texture

Went to an exhibition opening this evening at Patriot Hall Gallery in Stockbridge. The artist (Leesa French) uses all sorts of materials and techniques Iincluding ash, latex, gouache; painting, sewing, printing, burning, drawing....) to produce works that are beautiful, intriguing, tactile and/or puzzling. When I left the gallery, My eye was caught by this.
