GREEN MAN'S MUSING

By GREENMAN

Evening Skies.

Even on the dullest of days there is beauty in the skies. This evening was of those evenings. When the skies seem to change by the second and the light shifted from one cloud to another.

"The April rain, the April rain,
Comes slanting down in fitful showers,
Then from the furrow shoots the grain,
And banks are fledged with nestling flowers;
And in grey shawl and woodland bowers
The cuckoo through the April rain
Calls once again."

- Mathilde Blind, April Rain

So much of our busy lives is spent racing from one place to another. Without noticing the volt of sky above our heads. If only everyone would just spend a few minutes looking and noticing the beauty in the ever changing skies!
