Nappy retentive

Finnzy has been clinging on to his nappies for the past three and half years, but enough is enough.

Mrs Raheny and I have been pretty relaxed about it, Luca and Mimi were both toilet trained in their own good time (3 for Luca, 2 and a bit for Mimi).

And we've read somewhere reliable (The New Scientist or the RTE Guide TV supplement, I can't recall) that Hitler, Stalin, Mao, Pol Potty and Margaret Thatcher had all been coerced out of their diapers before the age of 2 (apparently Lady Thatcher is not putting up as much of a fight this time around).

Anyway, he's finally been encouraged to use the toilet, like the big boy that he has been refusing to be.
An incentive program is in progress (a tick for a wee wee and a smily face for a poo).
Mimi has even been acting as Toilet Training Consultant grade 4.
But her fee is extortionate. At that rate, the Easter eggs stash will not last much longer.
