Apple blossom

A wet, wet day, with a brief show of sunshine late evening.
This apple blossom is on a tree that is planted on an area of greenery that is just past our front garden. It is not very big and throughout winter it looked just like a twig sticking out of the ground but going by the amount of blossom that has now appeared there should hopefully be an abundance of apples!
