one of life's little pleasures...

got together with the terminally lazy dazed & confused (he and i have been pals since he pushed me in a lake in the lake district when we were on a german a-level outward bound weekend - no, really) and, after yelling at him in the first bar, in front of some of his workmates (sorry pet :-( still a raw area to poke at), we settled down in another spot for some serious footie analysis (the toon are, as ever, doomed) and a bit of 'anywhere but here' since he had a ticket for the euromillions. as i've not heard owt, i'm assuming he didn't win tho...
