8:30pm and home. Just put the shopping away. Two weeks in a row we've been a bit posh had our main food shopping delivered. Mainly as life is full of complexity and activity that's making it harder to make everything happen.

A better day, enjoyed a great cycle home, even though it was wet. The tail wind helped.
