Strawberry Sablée Stack
A Strawberry Sablée Stack made with gluten free pastry.
Not bad for a first attempt the pastry recipe needs a bit of work as it's a bit like play-doh to work with and has a tendency to crack whilst cooking.
Could do with using a larger diameter cutter for the Sablée too.
