Bakewell Tartlets

Quick attempt at mini Bakewell tarts using more of my gluten free pastry (I made more than I'd originally intended) and left over frangipane.
I believe the entire thing should be gluten free as I think I made the frangipane with chestnut flour. These aren't intended for the gluten intolerant I'm just trying to get the hang of some new techniques and recipes.
The pastry could probably do with being a bit thicker. You can see where the case has ruptured and let the jam leak through.
