Event Day in Kichijoji

Enjoying a Monday off from work as it is Golden Week here in Japan. The entire country is enjoying a lovely spring vacation, and everyone is having a good time! I was out walking around after lunch today and heard some music, bells, and the familiar sounds of an out-door event happening, so I followed my ears and came upon this youth-dancing festival with in front of the station!
Photographers not only have to use their eyes and mind when they shoot, but they need to use their ears, too! :)
