Broom

Today, Victoria visited for some physics/electronics tuition and we played with some basic test equipment, measuring the values of various circuit components and calculating currents and voltages. After she went home for lunch, I decided that it was time for a picture or two. Despite the rise in pressure, it is again raining, so finding even a half reasonable blip was problematic. I took pictures of several flowers in our garden and one of trees in our pond with the high water mark showing that the water level has fallen about 10cm. However most of these were not very good in the poor light and rain. In the end I settled for a broom, which was bright, cheerful and not looking half drowned like most of our plants. The only plants that appear to be flourishing are the nettles and grass, which are outgrowing the other plants and burying them.
