Gone with the Wind

A walk around Whitelee Windfarm today, it was very wet, windy and pretty miserable - it takes more that weather to keep us indoors. I took some great photographs and video and loved the sound of being up close and personal with these beautifully designed 'wind-catchers'.

On a personal rant note, I love them. I think the idea behind the creation, design, look, sound and sheer spectacle is very impressive and something we should be very proud of in Scotland. Self-serving, arrogant idiots like Donald Trump should keep their opinions to themselves, how dare he decided what is best for someone's country because he has something financial to gain from 'selling a view of Scottish landscape to rich golfing businessmen (and women)'.
