Delicious!

Great day. Busy pottering. Getting lots of little jobs done - just being outside and it not raining is an achievement!

Having a glut of rhubarb despite the pounds and pounds I have given away, I am continually trying to find new things to do with it. Today I made rhubarb tarte tatin. the last time I made an apple one I burnt the caramel so I was a bit nervous this time. No need to be - it was delicious.
