Welney Wash Road is flooded again

Well, the rain didn't stop and the waters didn't subside so I had my 10 mile diversion to and from work today.

I thought I'd blipped a scene like this last year but can't find it so here are a family skimming stones into the "sea" from the "beach" !

My Dad estimated it to be 3 feet deep in places and the sign (I zoomed the camera in rather than paddle!) measures it as 2 and a half so he wasn't far off.
