Ooh the new lawn's looking very lush.
So they've cut interest rates by half a percent. Someone on the beeb interviewed a few City types to gauge the pulse in London. One of them said something along the lines of, "I've two mortgages. One is fixed rate but the other is flexible so it's good news for one of my houses."
I'm afraid my reaction was a not very eloquent "F*** off you t**t!"
Luckily I was alone in the car.
