Montignac

This was where we had lunch today. We sat on the bank of the river at the last restaurant on the left of this picture. It's quite difficult to make it out but, strangely, it had an Irish name and served Italian food. Highly recommended though for the view alone. The river is the Vezere.

The reason we were in Montignac was to see the Lascaux caves. What an amazing place! Seriously, it needs to be on everyone's bucket list. Naturally you can't take photos or my blip might have been a massive, great prehistoric bull.
