Chops and Sunday lunch

Following on from blip 01/01 I collected my half lamb from the butchers today. Sorry all you veggie blippers out there. I have no reservations about eating the lamb even though I have watched them grow thru the summer. I know the guy that looks after them, they haven't been trucked across the country miles and miles to be fattened up and they have only eaten herb rich meadow grass.
It's all grown, killed and eaten locally which is the way it should be. I can never understand why we need to ship Lamb from New Zealand when we have it right on our doorstep.
