A Day Worth Recording

Hidden

Not exactly well coloured for camouflage, but not obvious all the same.

Decent weather for a change. Pruned the newish privet hedge, which is a welcome event as we really thought it had died in the winter. Various other jobs, and in the evening E, J and I went around to Paul's for a change to play games. Played something I can't remember it's name but was "Dominion with dice". (Ah - found it - Quarriors!) and we played the newish Discworld game Ankh-Morpork by Martin Wallace.

We enjoyed both, E preferring Quarriors to Dominion, but I feel we enjoyed Ankh-Morpork more. It's a game of placement and manoeuvre where each individual player has a different, and hidden, way of winning the game. It was close - Paul won but J and I were only a turn or so from meeting our own winning criteria.
