Rainproofed Passenger

This fellow waiting on the station platform seemed quite unfazed by the driving wind and rain this morning. He appeared to have found the answer to staying dry by enveloping his whole body in a plastic tent-like garment. He had even closed his eyes and looked wonderfully relaxed. Maybe he has found the secret of coping with the dreariest of days - and even enjoying the experience!
