Can You Feel The Force?

As Mr E has a few days off, we decided at the last minute to come back to Rhayader for a mini break.

The weather was atrocious when we got here, so we quickly unpacked and headed up to one of the dams in the Elan Valley, as we'd been informed that it was quite a spectacle.

The water was cascading over the dam, whilst the wind whipped it up into the air at the same time. The noise was deafening and we got soaked.

Mr E bravely went into the outdoor hot tub after dinner. He assured me that it was very warm but the thought of getting out into the cold and wet put me off.
