Slowly Does It

Before breakfast, we spent an hour in the hot tub followed by a quick, freezing cold dash to back to the house. Very invigorating!
Our day was spent trying to find a valley that we really liked last time we were here. We eventually found it and followed the narrow winding road all the way along until we came to two bridges spanning the river. 
Both bridges had been breached by the rising waters and although we risked the first one, we didn't dare risk the second, as we couldn't see the bottom, there were branches sticking up out of the water and it was flowing very quickly. 
We had to admit defeat and double back. We then found this amazing waterfall, so I was quite happy.
