Sprinkling

of the white stuff.

Our dogs were barking a lot this morning and when I went out to investigate found two stray dogs wondering around. Had to call animal control. The dogs had no tags and had obviously escaped as they had lines and chains trailing from their chain collars and though very unkempt and smelly they were friendly and didn't seem malnourished. I stood outside waiting for a long time for the animal control officer to arrive and take them into custody. I don't think they have much chance of being reunited with their owners but one can hope . . .

Our three are chipped and wear collars with I.D. tags . . . and Siberians don't smell doggy. Kiki smells a little doggy but you have to get close and it's not obnoxious.

Off to Albuquerque later so there might be more snaps posted at the other place tomorrow.
