A rainy, muddy day in Kathmandu

It was raining overnight and this morning and then cold so we didn't do a great deal.  No dust for a change in Kathmandu because of the rain but there was quite a lot of mud to replace it which made walking a little precarious, particularly in the dark.  

We wandered round Thamel for a while then back to the room ... hoping for no power cuts so we could put the heater on.  We could, so we settled there for the afternoon, Andy doing Garageband on the computer and Freddie watching some YouTube.

Out for a nice dinner at a place called Friends and then back to the warmth of the duvet.  Its meant to be sunny tomorrow so fingers crossed for some warmth.
