Let Xmas in

Family round for nibbles last night. I had a Xmas playlist running on the iPod and it felt really Christmassy. Jack then piped up with 'you're playing a Xmas playlist - how sad'. Au contraire my little friend. How sad that at just 14, you so lack the Xmas spirit. Maybe he's just at 'that age' and will grow out of it. I hope so, otherwise I fear we are creating a generation of children who see Xmas as little more than a time to receive lots of gifts.

OK, I'm getting back to work and listening to my Xmas playlist again whilst blowing raspberries in Jack's general direction.
