Christmas at The Peninsula

We've had a lovely day having a family Christmas lunch at the Peninsula's fine dining restaurant, Gaddi's. Ben had oysters for the first time ... he isn't a fan but glad he tried them. Perhaps that's one of those things you appreciate when you 'grow up'! Jon tried squid ink cannelloni and quite enjoyed that. We then went down to the lobby and took this pic by the huge tree which I think makes for a great 2014 family Christmas photo :)

Then we did some Christmas shopping in TST, Wan Chai and Causeway Bay finishing off in Central. Great family day out and really enjoyed the company of our young lads, who scrubbed up well for the fine dining experience.
