Beware of Swans & Woodpeckers

We get more than our fair share of power cuts here. When we made enquiries, we were told that swans fly into the power cables. 
A few years later and we were still getting power cuts, so we made further enquiries and were then advised that woodpeckers make holes in the poles and they fall down!! 
This is not an early April fool joke, I promise it's a fact.
With all this in mind, we have an electric light that also has 5 candle holders, giving us the best of both worlds. 
Here it is festooned with Christmas bits and bobs.
