Not what I wanted . . .

Today I was intending to do a cheery Christmas blip.  This is the only photo I had taken.  Then this afternoon my sister rang to say Dad had just died. 

It's what we've been expecting and what he wanted - he's been so poorly for so long and had had enough but it has still come as a shock.  I can't really believe it . . .
