Ripon on a Winter's afternoon

It was a gorgeous day today, blue skies, crisp air; the perfect winter's day. We drove up to Ripon to attend the service in the Cathedral. This was taken in the afternoon, the view is from across the road from the Cathedral, looking across to the town. I just love the way the winter sun lights the area.
