Lovers of backlights

My cold is much improved now (thank you so much for all of the well wishes and recommendations of hot toddies!) but sadly the weather was cold and rainy today so we stayed indoors and played with photography lighting.  Santa brought me a Speedlight, so I thought I'd experiment with some remote flash lighting.  I realise this won't be very impressive to most but it took some working out and was a start for us.  I also struggled a bit to find something in our house that would work as a suitable subject, I'm sure I'll find more things in time.  In the meantime, today's blip is a Christmas troll lit remotely from behind!  Tadahhh!
