Denzil's occasional Blips

Contrast (365 mono #132)

I headed out at 3pm today with the aim of catching my Blip in the dying light of the day.  I went to Wittenham Clumps as it is close by and I couldn't really think of anywhere else to go.

Initially, I photographed the remnants of Didcot Power Station as looked as though it were surrounded by mist.  However, I eventually turned my attention to this dried up plant with the power station in the background.

So titled because of the obvious contrast between light and dark, along with the contrast of nature vs industry.

It works reasonably well in mono, but I much prefer the colour version that captures the orange of the sunset.
