Looking back towards our village

We were a bit late setting off on our walk this afternoon so missed the best of the light.  As we got towards the top of the hill the sun was just disappearing behind the horizon.  We did the full valley circuit, which we haven't done for some time, and found ourselves a bit confused about what happened to the path around Lower Toad Hall Farm as they'd built a new animal shed where we used to walk.  In the end we walked through the farm yard with the young dog getting more and more excited.  Jean (who lives there) is one of our book group so we'll need to ask her what's happened to the path the next time we see her.
