Silver Birch....

One of my favourite trees is the Silver Birch. This little copse of them are on the Birchwood Science Park in Warrington. In spite of the bright sunshine and the blue of the sky it was bitterly cold. But the bright sunlight brought out the white of the bark and the red of the lacy branches and twigs.
