pastel morning

following on from the day of thinking yesterday looks like my brain didn't want to stop and woke me up at 3am.  Tried to get back to sleep but come 5 I was getting a bit board.  So after a cup of tea I went for a long jaunt back to Alkham valley.  

there was beautiful contrast between the cool tones in the valley and the warm tones of the sun.  I've actually reduced the effect here using the ever handy "artistic licence".

Even though I'm pretty much partied out my wife is still going so we have 4 guests joining us and I am donning my apron again for a dinner menu.
