Old football stadium

The old stadium of the local football club Roda JC is just pathetic.
The stands are overgrown with grass. Everywhere weeds and covered places look not too good anymore.
The stadium is sometimes still used but is still somewhat in a state of disrepair.
But yes if you have a beautiful new stadium what should you still with an old stadium where you've ever built your fame?
