one ring to rule them all

Went to see the last of the Hobbit-trilogy films, with the rest of the family, earlier today ... thoroughly enjoyable epic-adventure ;-)

I am a bit of a Tolkein-fan ... and this battered 1985 paperback edition of 'The Lord of the Rings' is actually one of my most treasured-books: it's been read on numerous occasions, but looks so well-used mainly because it was in my rucksack for a whole 4-months when I was on an expedition to Chile in early 1986!

Met my other-half on that 1986 trip ;-)
