Christmas EVE!

Up early to catch the bus back to Vancouver - it was a beautiful day which meant we were able to see all the great views on our way back into Vancouver. Erica met us at the bus station and we went for lunch in a pub near her apartment on main street! Later on we headed back to the north shore for our Norwegian christmas meal. All of Dave's family came round and we had rice pudding (with a lucky winner if you had the almond!) then ham for dinner. Afterwards we were treated with a visit from the Tomtenisse, the Norwegian christmas elf, who gave us all a small gift. It was so nice to be surround by a great family when we couldn't be with our own on christmas
