Singin' Hinnies

So called in Northumbria, but Scotch Pancakes to much of England and Drop Scones in Scotland, these ones, cooked by Helen, are Gluten Free, and therefore had already been eaten, mostly by me, 5 minutes or less after the photo was taken.
