Neither laughing or barking

Come rain or shine, Charlie needs an epic walk.

Today's epic was around the docks. Always interesting, always changing.

Drizzle, mizzle, rain, grey, damp, miserable.

We had fun despite the weather. There was a brief refreshment stop.

Not many people out. I wonder why.
