Lakeland Fells from Gummer's How

Spent the morning with No 1 son helping him put his CV together and discussing how he meets competence in various skills.  I think he found it useful.  He now has a 'bank' of useful examples he can draw on when applying for jobs.

He left after lunch for the drive south.  I was sad to see him go but it has been a good visit and he has matured a lot over the last year which is all good.
