Learning day by day

Love this girl

Last chance for a lie in, so I took it. Kids were still in pj's at noon, despite Will having a party at 12.30! Will dropped off, the rest of us headed into to town for a coffee and for Carys to remind herself of her seven times tables (we had had a little melt down earlier).

Jim walked home for his daily exercise, Carys and I got home just in time to get a phonecall saying that the party had finished, half an hour before I expected. So up we went and collected an extra child, whose parent was also expecting half an hour more without their small person, and walked her part way home.

Once Will had calmed down, he set forth on the colouring competition from the Orbit, the school newspaper and Carys made a loom band bracelet.

All the decs are down. The house looks bare in places and very untidy in others, but no change there. A few pine needles need hoovering but as the kids are in bed it will have to wait until tomorrow.
