Work It.

I was going to do my 'back to the gym' photo tonight and this one tomorrow... but had to take the cat to the vet and now at shops getting cooked chicken for it as a non wet food diet is needed for a couple of days. Too hungry for gym now so that will now be tomorrows photo (unless anything more exciting happens in my ordinarily dreary and mundane existence).
