Jogging at the Knavesmire

Had to do some business on the other side of York so took Molly and gave her the treat of running about on the Knavesmire. Saw this and just had to make it today's blip.

I failed yesterday in every way as I was laid low with severe indigestion (my fault, too much cheese and garlic the night before) and then severe migraine which lasted until late evening. OK now and hope to be back on track with activities tomorrow, all being well.
