Zhiguli Bar on Arbat in Moscow.  It's been called "a cross between a Soviet-style stolovaya and a students union canteen".  They brew their own beer (very good).  The bar has been around in one form or another for 46 years.  Made even more famous by a visit from Messrs Putin and Medvedev on May Day in 2012.
