Leftovers

It's a time of leftovers.

We've had the bubble and squeek, the soup and the mouldy cake.

We overdid the drinks, but the leftovers are probably going to be with us until next Christmas! Made worse by our post-festivity health kick. We don't even eat chocolates, how to get rid of them?

So, as I reflect, soberly, on the state of the world, Polaroid Blip and the death of socialism. I also reflect on the nature of friendship, kinship and humanity.

There is good in the world, if you look for it.
