Steak and Ale

And this isn't even today's dinner prep, it's for tomorrow...

That's the thing with working shifts. You need to become quite adept to managing what food you'll eat when, and prepping it well ahead of time.

In this case, the steak will have overnight to soak up the ale, and it'll slow cook whilst I'm at work tomorrow, ready for eating when I return! :)
