Yes, there's its fancy new roof, glass and steel structures, plethora of enticing eateries and opportunities for retail therapy, but these new escalator emergency stop gizmos at the newly made-over King's Cross station are truly thrilling. Such a pleasing shape, reminiscent of old bus conductor's ticket machines. My tummy is tingling just thinking about them!
