Ice Cold Milk

I don’t watch a lot of TV - more DVDs but when I did, I wasn’t one to leave the room as sadly, I enjoyed the commercials.  This little scene brought back a few memories of Nice Cold Ice Cold Milk and “Accrington Stanley? Oo a’ they?”

Seeing this well loved bicycle while I was cycling, also made me feel guilty that I’d said so many harsh words to my bike the other day.  The rim tape seems to have done the trick and for the second day running, I have not had to fix a puncture.  

I doubled back, took a photo and gave my bike a little pat.
