Morning

This picture was taken this morning when I was walking Teddy. Its quite dark, I can only just see where I'm going. Teddy wears a little light so I don't lose him.
The workmen arrived en mass this morning, I felt I was in the middle of an episode of 60 minute makeover!
More dust, but they seem to have made good progress.
I went with Rafi to the gym after work, we haven't been for ages because he was too tired to go after school. We're giving it another go, even if he only does 15 minutes, it's got to help. They have a good shower at the gym too!
